slow carb update

Mini update, after 9 weeks of following the Slow Carb/4-Hour Body way of eating:

Anne’s starting weight: 139.9

Starting state of mind: Moody, pessimistic, and procrastinating.

Current weight: 128.6

Current state of mind: Happy, productive, and motivated.

Weight lost: 11.3 lbs

I have changed how I eat and it has changed how I feel — and for that, I am extremely thankful.

I still maintain a minimal amount of daily (or every other day) exercise – light weights, air squats, walks around the block, and maybe MAYBE some sit-ups.

Feeling good — and lookin’ better!
