You are so honest, I love it :) I stopped weight watchers after Grandma died, now it’s time to start up again, let’s do it! or not

What happened? Did you not like the Zumba class? I have been thinking of starting one. Today starts the beginning of P-90 for me and Travis. It is not as scary as the P-90X (only 30 minutes 6 days a week). Last time I lost inches and weight in the first three weeks and then we stopped. So, I am re-starting and hopefully will stay with it. I also enjoy Yoga, have you ever tried that? It is hard to get motivated when we are stuck inside and eating comfort food. Take it easy on yourself, you look great!!

Thanks Cassie! It is so hard to keep going at something (even if you want to change)…that is what I struggle with the most. You have had such great success with Weight Watcher so I have faith in you! You can do it!

Hi Trisha! Well, I don’t know, Zumba just wasn’t for me and the counting calories was sooo hard. I would cook a meal and then guesstimate how many calories I had just eaten. It was just too much and then I gave up for a few days and then well, you know, gave up all together! ha! Peter and Cassie have done P-90X and said it was super hard — they didn’t know about P-90!!! I think 30 min/6 days sounds awesome. Good luck! Maybe I should check that out??! Love Yoga and have been thinking about signing up for a 7 week class at a St. Paul studio. This winter blues/comfort food etc etc is such a bummer. I totally just stay cozy INSIDE and EAT COOKIES all day long. CRAP. Well, good luck and keep me posted!!!
