Mindfulness – what does this mean to me? to you? Living in the moment? Filling ones mind with life? Every mundane thing about it?
Do I ever…? I mean REALLY live in the moment. Every second – feeling what is happening around me, to me, for me, with me.
I don’t think I do. Enough.
I do when I am taking photographs, I really live in the moment then – and with the little moments of life videos I take…but when I am not hidden behind a lens do I really LIVE in the moment? Am I mindful? I want to be.
What does life feel like for you?

i love this post. this is something i struggle with endlessly. it takes an incredible amount of time and energy to live mindfully and consciously. i think the more you work on it, the easier it gets. and the more people putting forth this effort, the more enjoyable the world.

i am trying soooo hard to learn to be mindful and i find it very difficult. it is the one thing i can’t seem to do–i am always caught up in my thoughts. and rather than enjoy situations for what they are, i find i am always analyzing them. if you find the trick..let me know!

Do we really have to try so hard to be mindful? It sounds like when we try it so hard, it makes us suffer more…

Anyhow, i don’t want my life to just be gone with the wind… so anne, could you please tell me more about how to be mindful more, if not completely…
